Customer Experience Analyst
Location: New York City Interested in making a difference, being challenged intellectually, and building a consulting career working with leading retailers, media and financial services companies from around the world? Founded in 1997 and based in New York City, Creative Good is the industry's first and oldest customer experience firm. We do two things: we increase business performance by improving the customer experience (online and cross-channel), and we improve the productivity of teams by teaching bit literacy. We are looking for a full-time analyst in our New York headquarters to assist in our consulting projects with clients (everything from Fortune 500 enterprises to small VC-backed startups). The analyst will be trained both in the Creative Good consulting method and in bit literacy. Project work will require travel. This is an entry-level position on our consulting team, intended for recent college grads or people just getting started in this field.
